Reservation Policy
We accept reservations on line and over the phone. In order to hold reservation a deposit in cash or by credit card is required. We also accept mail-in check deposits. Reservations for airport transportation may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to arranged time. Wedding / charter / hourly service limousine reservations may be cancelled up to eight weeks prior to arranged service day. All SUV limousine and hourly service reservations require a deposit. Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the reservation and customer no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the quoted rate on the credit card provided. Deposit and prepays are not refundable. Any Time Limo is not responsible for the delays caused by traffic, road conditions, mechanical breakdown/accident or other events beyond our control. Any Time Limo has a right to substitute a vehicle in case of mechanical failure by the vehicle of same or greater value. Overtime pay will apply at the prearranged time described on the run sheet and is charged at the rate of $1.00/min. for sedan or stretch Lincoln limousine; $3.00/min for stretch Excursion limousine; $5.00/min for stretch Hummer limousines or Lomi Coach. A time/date change fee of $25 may apply. Sedan trip cancellation fee of $25 will apply.
